For a long time, I do not like to eat fries. I just dreaded the grease. Not that I am picky with what I eat in fact; I eat anything tasty without minding the calorie content. My husband said that I am fickle minded especially with food choices and kind'a crazy with food cravings really. For example, I love eating avocado. For maybe a week, I will eat avocado twice or three times a day. I will make avocado shake and have it in my sandwich or have it in my salad. After few days, good bye avocado and see you next year. Weird huh? I forgot when was the last time I eat avocado. It's been ages LOL.
Same thing with fries. Last Saturday, I was so hungry when we travel from Cocoa to Orlando so; I told hubby to stop by at McDonalds. I have a large fries and my goodness, it was the best fries I ever had for a long time. Guess what, after the mass yesterday, we did the grocery at BJ's and as we drove home, I told hubby to stop by at McDonald's again and he bought just a small fries.
Today, my mind is on the French fries again so; since I have French fries in the freezer, I decided to make home fries. The dip is made of mayonnaise and hot & spicy banana sauce. I know, my taste buds and cravings are weird. Let's chow anyway! Thanks for stopping by. Have a great Monday.

My personal favorites are Shrimp Cocktail, Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops and the picture below is Sirloin Steak. It is very tender and I requested a well done char-grilled steak with seasoned rice on the side.
Now, if you have a cruising escapade and your Port of Call is Port Canaveral, Florida, you should check out this place. The food is great and it is affordable. The ambiance is cozy and the food servers are all great. You will enjoy this view while you dine at Rusty's.
You will see your cruise ship from here too. It's about 5 minutes away. This is the inside look so; the ambiance is really comfortable and nature-inspired.
Lastly, the picture below is the outdoor dining area overlooking all the cruise ships at the Port of Canaveral.
Take a little tour in this area and enjoy a good seafood at Rusty's. This is my entry for this week's Yummy Sunday. Enjoy your food everyone.
Here's the ingredients:
I used my Magic Bullet to finely chopped the mixed nuts.
It looks like this after:
Cooking procedure:

Anyway, from Downtown Miami, we hit Miami Beach up to the North Beach and parked our car at Sunny Isles Beach to take some pictures. Then, moved on to South Beach Park and finally stop and find good eats along Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. Oh my goodness, this area has awesome beach, endless restaurants, hotels are endless and anyone will have fun under the sun. We just saw the Bubba Gump Restaurant along the road so; we decided to dine in and checked it out.
The picture below is the view from where we chose to sit. Isn't it gorgeous? This time of year, there are tourist in this area but not crowded which I really love.
I ordered the Cajun Shrimp which was sautéed in a hot and spicy Cajun Butter Sauce and served with Garlic Bread for dippin. The price is not bad for $8.99 as one of their signature dish. Hubby tried their Seafood Hush Pups which is truly not the quite Hush Puppies. It taste good and even better with tasty Shrimp and Fish and cooked to perfection. This golden Corn was deep fried and served with a Remoulade Dippin’ Sauce for $8.29. See the picture above.
Hubby and I enjoyed these signature appetizers at Bubba Gump and we are looking forward to come back and try their other seafood menu. If you happen to be in Miami or Fort Lauderdale area, head the Beach Boulevard and you will not miss the Bubba Gump Restaurant. Enjoy the food and the beach! Be safe!
On the positive side, the manager is awesome and he knows how to deal with customers. This branch has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff were very courteous and polite. It is a good strategy because customers love that.
I was really happy that they have corn nuggets. Last February, I love the taste of corn nuggets in one of the buffets in Biloxi Mississippi. I craved for it so; I ordered this.
I will go back and taste their fried chicken again and I hope I will appreciate it by that time.
When we went to Disney's Magic Kingdom few weeks ago, our friend bought a turkey leg and I told myself, I will try it. OMG! Delicious and taste like Lechon! It is just awkward to eat a huge Turkey Leg as we walk around Disney LOL. I won't do it again *wink*!
Downtown Disney do not sell them anymore and I do not know why. Every time I crave for one, I just go to WalMart and for less than $10, I got two pieces.
So crunchy, tasty, and juicy. Turkey leg is better than chicken because it has low fat and it is a high protein food. It is so meaty and less fats compared to the all-time favorite chicken. For more nutritional info on Turkey Leg, check it out in usda.gov Website.
Last Thursday, I ordered this menu when hubby and I had lunch at Ruby Tuesday at Marianna Florida. We drove 7 hours from Orlando and as we were looking for a fine dining restaurant, we saw Ruby Tuesday signage on the highway. It was good and I know I won't be craving for another piece of meat anytime soon. After Easter for sure.
My meal won't be complete without my favorite pastries. This is Bear Claw which is made with an almond filling and drizzled with icing and sliced almonds.
In Pick-Two menu, I can choose a sandwich and a soup. The picture below is a one of the signature soups and stews of Panera Bread. The soup is served with freshly baked bread and this is called the all-natural Sonoma Chicken Stew. Swimming in the stew is actually the dry Jack cheese biscuit and Sonoma Chicken Stew is the latest addition of Panera Bread's signature soups. The creamy chicken stew with Parisian carrots, peas, leeks and diced red potatoes taste really good and delicious. This soup is simmered with sweet cream and thyme.
