Chinese Buffet in Titusville

From time to time, I crave for a Chinese food so; hubby and I had our lunch at Buffet Village in Titusville today. I always have sushi on my first plate. I just love it.

It seems that I have a routine every time that I go to a buffet, my second plate was a soup and clams. Did you know that it is cheaper to dine in a buffet and have the clams than buy it raw and cook it? It's about .50 cents/each in Publix. For a dozen, that's about $6 but, it's unlimited in a Chinese Buffet.

I like this place because it is clean and new. It is located near Target so; after shopping, it is very convenient to just go there.

This is not my dessert plate but, hubby's. I seldom eat dessert. No space for it I guess (wink).

Well, I guess I can't say no for a good banana and apple pie.

This is the Buffet Village from the highway.

This is a popular Chinese Buffet in Titusville. If you are looking for one, check this out. They have variety of food that I am sure, you will love.

Put this address in your GPS:
3125 Columbia Boulevard • Titusville, FL 32780
Telephone: (321) 268-1778
Fax: (321) 268-1119

I will see you there soon!

Clams and Eggdrop Soup

These foods make me hungry right now. I am certain that after my blog update, my venue will be the kitchen. Hubby and I love to dine out. What do we have to do? It's just the two of us you know. For no occasion, if we feel like going out somewhere, off we go.  Anyway, do you go to a fine dining or buffet type of restaurant? For me, when I am hungry, I want to fed my tummy ASAP so; I go for the latter LOL.

Do you eat seafood? My favorite is Clam. Clams are low fat and high protein seafood. Most of all, if clams are cooked like how the Chinese does, that's perfect and no fried clams for me too. Egg drop soup is another favorite food that I love to include in my meal. Sometimes, egg drop soup is so good but, other times, its not. It really depends who made them. Why I love clams and egg drop soup? It reminded me of my moms home cooked food you know. Filipino foods are the best!

I Love Sushi

I love Sushi and as a matter of fact, I am craving for one right now. I ate this yesterday and now, I can't believe I want this again. The seaweeds are great tasting too. Lately, when we dine at Buffet Village in Titusville, my first plate is always Sushi. I can eat 10 pieces and that's about it, I am full. No room for other menu in the buffet.

I don't eat dessert so; with a filling plate like what I have here, my craving is perfectly solved! Do you like to eat in a buffet? What's your first plate looks like?

Dinner at Buffet Village

We usually go for lunch at Village Buffet in Titusville. The price is very affordable at $7.99 per person and their food is delicious. This building was the old Whistle Junction Buffet and Grill restaurant but, they close down last year. I think the community is happy that Village Buffet took over this building early this year. They have regulars and always full every time we pass by this area. We consider ourselves as regulars since we dine in here at least once a week.

On this particular day, we had dinner and it was our second time. Their dinner has additional menus such as the crawfish, more seafood's, raw oysters and these yummy clams, my favorite. When I crave for clams, sushi and crawfish, this is the only place that can fill me up. The price for dinner is $11.99 but, it is worth it. They have baby back ribs, pasta, pizza, salad bar, sushi bar and if the diners want hot food, they can select the ingredients and the cook will be happy to cook it for them. It is advisable to give tip to the cook.

The raw clams in Publix are .50 cents each and a dozen of sushi is about $7.99 a pack so for me, the dinner price in the buffet is worth it. No cooking and I can eat as much as I can. When we miss the Buffet in HardRock and Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi, the food in Buffet Village is good enough for us. How about you? Do you like Chinese Buffet? Do you like clams?

Buffet Village: Great Chinese Buffet in Titusville

You don't need to have a big appetite to get what its worth with your money. For just $7.49 for a lunch buffet and 10.99 - 11.49 for a dinner buffet, you will surely enjoy and have a good time at Buffet Village in Titusville. When I crave for a Filipino food, I would immediately go for Chinese Buffet. This business is newly open last January and it became a hit in the neighborhood in fact, the support is overflowing!

Buffet Village is in a good location and the parking lot is an easy access for Target, Wal-Mart, and Home Depot shoppers. If you want to visit this place, here's the address: 3125 Columbia Blvd; Titusville, Florida. Do you love sushi? You can have variety of delicious sushi right here.

If you are not a Chinese food lover, they got something for you too. They have variety of American Foods such as salads, desserts, pizza, fries and fried chicken. You will never go home with an empty stomach. If you asked about the ambiance well, the place is newly renovated, spacious, new carpet and nice light fixtures. Your dining experience will be awesome and it's clean.

What is your favorite chinese food? Mine is sushi, sushi, and sushi LOL.

If you prefer food that's hot from the grill, you can request and choose your ingredients. They will cook it for you just the way you want it. It is but right to give the cook a good tip for a delicious hot food. Do you like "pansit" with shrimp in it? They can cook it for you in few minutes.

I was in hurry in taking this photo but, I swear (wink) the place looks better than this caption LOL.

Next time, I will show you the whole photo of Buffet Village. I took this picture from where we park our car and was too full to even bother to get out and take a good full size caption of the place.

Hungry? Go fix your meal LOL. Once again, thank you for stopping by and I will see you around for more food delights! Enjoy your day!

Asian Buffet

I love to travel and one activity that is very important for me is checking out fine dining and buffet restaurants in the area. If I am not that hungry, I usually prefer fine dining. That is not the case when I am famished. I don't want to wait a long queue to be seated plus, waiting time for the order to serve on the table usually 15 minutes or more. My grumpy tummy would be complaining by then so; buffet is good.

All these photos were taken in a Chinese Restaurant in Singing River Mall in Mississippi. I told you I love to travel and yep, been there.

Just last week, when hubby and I traveled to the Midwest, I was so hungry and was craving for steamed rice. The only place to buy a good steamed rice is Asian Restaurant. We stop at Chattanooga Tennessee and bought myself a take out Chinese foodies. That food really fills me up until the next day.

Last Monday while we were driving home, I was craving again for steamed rice and spring rolls. Thank goodness for a Korean restaurant, I was able to buy the food.

I can't live without rice in a day I guess. Check out these desserts. I love cheesecake and brownies. They are so good and when I ate desserts, I always order coffee with cream. Such a delightful meal for me.

How about you? Do you prefer fine dining or buffet? If you happen to pass by in Biloxi, Mississippi, you should check out the buffet in their casinos. OMG! Very festive, affordable and yummy!

I Am Not A Cook

When I was growing up, I was never the cook in the house. It's not that I do not like cooking but, the men in the house: my brother, uncle and cousins are good cook. That's their thing and the women in the house just eat *wink*. To live away from them means I have to learn to cook. After 4 years, I am getting used to it. In fact, I love to cook and bake. I am glad that hubby loves the food I served for him. Then again, hubby is the main cook in the house and I did the carpentry job. Isn't it unusual? The pictures shown in this post were taken in Mississippi at HardRock Biloxi casino in the Satisfaction Buffet restaurant. When hubby and I seemed lazy to cook for the day, we just dine in HardRock. It's very affordable to eat in Mississippi compared here in Florida. We miss the food in the buffet in Hard Rock, the Beau Rivage as well as the Isle. Can't wait to visit Mississippi soon and enjoy dining in the buffets.

Hubby and I love the cajun food, the sea foods and the affordable price in the casino/restaurants in Biloxi. One of the cooks in Hard Rock is a Filipino so, I always have my first plate from the Asian counter.I don't usually eat desserts but, when I am in Hard Rock, I always have cheese cake and a cup of coffee. When we live in Mississippi for almost two years, hubby and I always dine in the casinos and the restaurants. Sometimes we drive to New Orleans for a cup of gumbo and beignets. Anyway, if you want to visit the Gulfcoast, check out the restaurants/casinos/buffet's in Biloxi. When I am craving for Filipino foods, Chinese Buffet is a good alternative. But, when we live in Mississippi, Satisfaction Buffet in Hard Rock is where we go to substitute my food cravings. We went to Biloxi for Mardi Gras and stayed three nights for FREE in the Isle Hotel. I might asked Hard Rock next time to also sponsor our stay right? The picture below is the Satisfaction Buffet in the Bakery area. Here's another area for Italian food, soups and salads. Hubby's first plate: Cajun food. Here is the Grill area and next to it is the Asian area. I met their cook before and he was a Filipino. If you come to Hard Rock to dine in the Satisfaction Buffet every Wednesdays and Fridays, it will cost you less than $10. Check the time before you dine because if it's after 6PM on a Friday, they will charge you $20+/person. Make sure that you have your Hard Rock card and if you have no card, get it at the service counter. It is really worth it.,

Good Food in the Buffet

Sometimes, I Mississippi and I miss my father-in-law which is too bad because heaven is too far away right? Hubby and I live with him for 18 months and during those times the three of us would dine out every day. He loves fine dining but, hubby and I loves buffet in the casinos. In Biloxi, there are 9 casinos and I work in one of the stablishments too. At workplace, our food is free and we can eat just anything which you can't find that in Orlando. Anyway, since I work at graveyard shift I got out from work at 7AM, hubby will pick me up and we will eat out in other casinos for breakfast. The prices there are unbelievable and the food is really great. My father-in-law is asleep so when we come home, hubby will fix his breakfast and I will sleep for the day. They will wake me up for lunch and we will go out to a fine dining restaurant.
Then, when we go home, I would go back to sleep and some other days I can only take a nap and get ready for school. Sometimes, they pick me up at school and we go for dinner. Then, take a nap again and go to work by 10:30 in the evening.
We seldom cook food at home and he loves Chinese food but, doesn't eat rice.
Anyway, his appetite is good when we dine out. At home, he only wants soups and crackers.
Anyway, these pictures were taken in the buffet of Hard Rock. The crablegs on this plate are thin LOL but most of the time, it's not. For less than $10 in a buffet, it sure is a good deal.
Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays are the most crowded days in Hard Rock but, about three months ago when we go there, it's not.
Visit Biloxi during Mardi Gras Season either January or February. You will love the activities here!
