Orange Juice and Spaghetti

I was not feeling good for the last few weeks. Maybe because I was exhausted from the situation of moving, selling the house and at the same time, buying a new home. I have no time to blog anymore and honestly; I don't miss it at all. I am so pre-occupied while I was away from virtual world. I sleep at 11 PM and woke up at 3 AM for few days now. Oh, today is a progress since I woke up at 4AM LOL. Yeah, I know! Terrible right? I can't even go back to sleep. Yesterday, I woke up with stuffy nose, misty eyes, and famished so; I checked the pantry and fridge, can't find the food I want. I decided to make spaghetti (dreaming of Jollibee spag really) and tried to wash it off with a Tang juice. I drank the juice but, eat a quarter portion of this spaghetti. I have no appetite! Right now, I am sick but, I don't stay in bed.

I will do the gardening today and smell the fresh air. Yes, I took meds too. Praying so hard that I will be well soon. Anyway, thanks for stopping by. Be safe and be happy.

Watching Music Videos : Guitar Plucking and Harmonica Playing

When I woke up at 3 AM and can't go back to sleep, I find myself hooked on watching YouTube videos preferably, news and music. I watch old movies of Charlie Chaplin and Shirley Temple too. If you haven't seen their movies yet; I dare you to watch and you'll comeback here and thank me for sure.

Lately, I was watching guitar plucking and was deeply in-love with the skills of many YouTube users. They could be famous you know if they pursue their talent and skills. I also watch some videos of those who played harmonica and they're really good. I like Bob Dylan's harmonica solo. I have no skills in playing harmonica but; if you have the talent, go for it. Make sure to check out lee oskar at guitar center if you are looking for instruments and gadgets. Tutorials for any musical instruments are in YouTube too so; get your instrument and start learning.

Dining Set : In the Condo and in the House

Look at our dining table while we live in our condo. I think the eat-in space are the same in sq ft with what we have right now. Small space. This dining set was bought in Rooms-To-Go 4 years ago and we love it. For a family of two, this is alright. The only setback is when we have friends who come over then, I have to add another table so all of us can dine together.

This is our eat in area  right now. The space is small too. We want to move to a bigger house and have a bigger dinning area. That will be awesome don't you think? The space on the right is our back porch.

Anyway, I have to go and blog later. Another client will look at the house at 1:30 PM. I have to clean the house again. Bye for now.

I Need Neckstraps

Oh my goodness. I am too busy for the past few days and I tend to be forgetful already. I need something to keep my keys all the time with me. Imagine, I went out the house and lock my door but, I forgot my keys inside the house. Good thing hubby has his own key as well so; we are good.

I thought of getting me the recorder neckstraps to make sure that my keys will not displaced or left inside the house. I have a neck straps before when I was working and it does help me lot. This time, I need one, seriously!

Spick-and-Span Kitchen

This is our kitchen and after few days of packing and de-cluttering, I can now rest and blog. Last September, we have been planning to move back to Mississippi to be closer with our family. We made arrangements to our realtor last Friday and we signed the documents to list our property in the real estate market. We left few personal things/furniture for staging and just maintain the cleanliness for clients viewing.

We have a small eat-in space now and I am hoping that in our new place, we will have a big dining area. Right now, our kitchen is in spick-and-span. We will just maintain the cleanliness which is harder than I thought because we love using the kitchen. It's good to be messy sometimes hehehe.

Well, everyday is a waiting game. Anytime, our realtor will be calling us for clients. We told her to give us two hours to set everything straight. We will leave the appliances behind of course. I am hoping though that on our next place, we will have a stainless appliances as well. I love to have an island with granite countertop too. We already saw a potential home to buy but then again, we have to wait for this house to get sold. I hope it will be fast and will offer what's on the asking price.

Today is the 3rd day. After posting my blog update, I have to go back packing things again. Whewww! I am so tired really. That's all for now and thanks for checking my blogs always. Take care y'all.

Fresh Fruit Smoothies Using Magic Bullet

Happy Chinese New Year! I know it's a bit late but, it doesn't matter. Everyday is a new day right? Did you celebrate Chinese New Year? What did you do to attract the good luck? We don't celebrate it but, it's always good to have lots of fruits on the table and some sticky foods for that day. I am feeling the Chinese celebration already. I got fruits so; what did I do with these?
Using my precious Magic Bullet, I can make fresh juices out of these. No mess, easy to use and healthy drinks in a minute. Really! This is not a sponsored post by the way. I bought this gadget for $49 on sale and I think I bought it in either #Kohls or #Belk. I am not sure. I got this for almost three years now and have been using it almost everyday.

I recommend that you should have this in your kitchen. It saves the effort, the time and if you hate the mess, magic bullet will do the trick.

Right now, I am having a pineapple and banana smoothie. Yum!
