Having Lunch at Red Lobster Restaurant

Craving for seafoods? Check out Red Lobster this season for they have the Lobsterfest specials. My plate has rice pillaf, garlic shrimp scampi, golden-fried catfish and scallops. My favorite alcoholic drink is Bahama Mama. It is a frozen blend of tropical fruit flavors mixed with Captain Morgan which is an original spiced rum with a splash of Myers’s dark rum. This is cheese biscuit which they always served before your orders come and it's unlimited. It's good to eat fresh and hot.Usually, I cannot finish this glass alone so; I always share it to my husband.Salad sometimes come as a side from the menu that you choose. Thanks for the visit everyone.

Fine Dining at Red Lobster

Sea foods. When I crave for one, Red Lobster is the answer. Here is the tender and juicy Garlic Shrimp Scampi which is oven-broiled in garlic butter sauce.
This platter has Farm-Raised Catfish in golden-fried, shrimp scampi and delicious scallops with wild rice pillaf.
the Bahama Mama which is a specialty drink...Fresh, crisp romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing
...more salads......my favorite scallops...

Remember, stay healthy for 2012. Have a blessed new year everyone.

Red Lobster at Merrit Island

The address 215 E Merritt Island Causeway, Merritt Island, FL is about 50 minutes from Orlando but, when we are in Cocoa area, the Red Lobster in this location is our favorite place to visit.‎ The location is along the highway and easy to navigate in every direction that we want. The location is very convenient and the servers are good in what they do. The picture above is a specialty drink called Bahama Mama which is a frozen blend of tropical fruit flavors and mixed with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, topped with a splash of Myers’s dark rum, simply my favorite. Anyway, the manager is polite and the place is clean. Our last visit was a bit chaotic due the fact that our table was located near a family with 4 children who were a little bit unruly. But, as soon as they left the restaurant, the busser tidy the area. The famous cheese biscuits of Red Lobster....Live lobster which you can order fresh...The building in itself...We found this location when we are searching for Olive Garden. At that time, the latter was full with guests and since we are famished, we tried Red Lobster and we found a table for two. Both are my favorites.

More Cool Chillers

These drinks are thirst-quenchers which are good on a hot summer days! First, this is a mudslide cocktail from Red Lobster. So creamy but, it contains a vodka nevertheless, it is really good. Now this is truly delicious but, since it is very creamy, Mc Cafe Caramel Frappe which is so good. If you hate calories, this is not for you since it contains 470 and the sugar is 67. It taste so good! If you have so many strawberries, make a Strawberry Smoothie. With strawberries, blend it with milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla and ice. That is so yummy. This is tropical Orange Freeze at Red Lobster. It's not really my favorite because I can taste the coconut than the orange, LOL!Here's an Orange Smoothie blended with milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla and ice. Try any fruits you have at home and make a smoothie.
A simple glass of ice tea can be thirst quenching too. You really don't need to dine out to drink a good chillers. Make your own chiller.

Mudslide: A Refreshing Drink

This is called MUDSLIDE! A cocktail with vodka, Kahlúa, Irish cream, and cream. Do you want to prepare a mudslide right in the heart of your kitchen? The Mudslide is a very popular cocktail that is much like the Black Russian, so they say. It uses vodka, coffee liqueur (most often Kahlua) and an Irish cream liqueur (Bailey's is most common). You can also make a mudslide without vodka or with the glass filled with either milk or cream.Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz Irish cream liqueur

Preparation:
1.Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
2.Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3.Shake well. (shake it baby :-)
4.Strain into the old-fashioned glass. Enjoy!
