Hello friends, I have been away for a long time huh? I know that some of you visited my blogs to check what I was up to and I thank you for doing so. Much as I wanted to post an update, my work has keep me bounded from doing so. I am still a foodie, checking all the casino buffets for great food and for now, I will be sharing some of the photos that I took while dining in a #buffet at the #BeauRivage #Resort and casino here in Biloxi, #Mississippi .

In this resort, they have 4 types of restaurants that may ignite your appetite. For Fine Dining, they have BR Prime which guests can enjoy American cuisine and JIA for guests who wants to satisfy their cravings for an Asian Cuisine. For Casual Dining, they have the Buffet, Terrace Cafe' (for peace and quiet dining experience) , Stalla (Italian) and Coast Restaurant for sports fanatics. Not only that, this resort has a Quick Bite Restaurants as well. Guests can visit the Snacks, Roasted Bean, Scoops and the Pool Bar and Cafe'. Of course, if you love the night life, you will never get hungry in this resort. They have Eight 75, Coast and Breeze Bar. There's a lot of venue to eat and enjoy in this resort if you are a foodie.

When my husband and I visited the Beau Rivage, we play the slot machine for a moment and go eat at the buffet. The last time we eat, I did not enjoy the food really. The selections are few and not the food that I crave to eat. Well, compared to the last time that I was here. Maybe the cook is different huh? Anyway, I just eat a plate of seafood and pick some desserts. Considering that we pay the regular price, it's not worth it on this visit.

I must say that the coffee tastes great as always and this carrot cake is delicious as well.

I also enjoyed my cheese cake.
I requested to sit on a booth but, the host gave us the table that I do not like to be seated. A busy area. The busser pass all the time with her cart full of dirty dishes. Don't get me wrong though. This is my favorite casino in the area because it is huge and there's so much to do here. I've been dining here for the nth times but, on this particular visit, I am disappointed with my dining experience.
I will eat in the buffet again but, not the soonest time.

One of the cooks in Hard Rock is a Filipino so, I always have my first plate from the Asian counter.
I don't usually eat desserts but, when I am in Hard Rock, I always have cheese cake and a cup of coffee.
When we live in Mississippi for almost two years, hubby and I always dine in the casinos and the restaurants. Sometimes we drive to New Orleans for a cup of gumbo and beignets.
Anyway, if you want to visit the Gulfcoast, check out the restaurants/casinos/buffet's in Biloxi. You will be amazed!
There are 8 casinos in the area and I worked in one of them. That is why, I enjoyed the buffets than playing the slots.
Thanks for stopping by this week. I will see you in your blogs.
The picture below is the Satisfaction Buffet in the Bakery area.
Here's another area for Italian food, soups and salads.
Hubby's first plate: Cajun food.
Here is the Grill area and next to it is the Asian area. I met their cook before and he was a Filipino.
If you come to Hard Rock to dine in the Satisfaction Buffet every Wednesdays and Fridays, it will cost you less than $10. Check the time before you dine because if it's after 6PM on a Friday, they will charge you $20+/person. Make sure that you have your Hard Rock card and if you have no card, get it at the service counter. It is really worth it.,
I usually dig in to the bakery area before I eat my main course. Weird? LOL!
Here's the key lime pie which I had the last time then, I made my way to the Asian and salad counters. I am drooling right now by just thinking about it.
It was a chilly morning so I ordered the Mc cafe Hot Chocolate. I love the creaminess and the aroma of the cocoa, just makes me relax.
Here's hubby buying his Mc Cafe coffee. The lady at the counter is a Filipino, I think :-) Thanks for stopping by y'all!
We went to Mississippi last week for Mardi Gras. Did you know that ISLE Hotel and Casino sponsored our stay for three nights and all FREE? Oh, Hubby and I had a wonderful time in the cozy hotel. We saw our family and friends out there and we really enjoyed watching the parade, caught some beads too.
There was no big crowd on this particular Wednesday. There were new servers but, our server was the old Vietnamese woman. There was a Filipino employee in the buffet area. I saw him in the Italian section.
Because we are in crisis, I think the casino business in this area is hurting so bad. After the katrina and the oil spill plus, the bad economy that we have now, people are saving money than gamble.
The buffet lacks the seafood this time. My husband was looking for crab legs and shrimps but, they do not serve it this time.
The picture above is the entrance to the buffet from the casino area.
As you can see, there were vacant seats unlike before, people are waiting in a long line. The price is sti; the same every Wednesday, half the price.
Hello everyone! Yummy Sunday is here once again and I will be showing you the casual dining at Hardrock in Biloxi, Mississippi. Every Wednesday's and Friday's before 6pm, Satisfaction Buffet offers a special discount and it's really special because we only pay less than $10/person.
This is the set up of the Satisfaction Buffet. There is the Bakery and all the pastries, cakes and ice cream you could think off, it's there! They have Asian, Grill, Italian, Salads and more. Kids eat for FREE if they are 4 years old and younger. Anyone who comes to hardrock on your birthday, you are FREE to dine in.
This was my third plate, oh yeah hehehe and I always take a small portion everytime. Don't ask! Playing the slots is tiring so, I need some energy,LOL.
Would believe me that I ate my desserts before my main meal? That is my appetiser LOL!
My second plate before my main course meal.
Then, this is my all time favorite, two bowls LOL.
There is a Hardrock near us and it is in Tampa, less than two hours travel. I will take pictures from there and show you the comparison next time. Thanks for stopping by.
