Bella Deep Fryer

Few weeks ago, I was shopping online for a small stainless steel deep fryer and I found this Bella product. I bought it and tried cooking fries and crunchy fried chicken. I like this product for it features cool-touch handle and it includes a dishwasher-safe chrome-plated basket.

I wanted a small deep fryer and this is just the right size, just 9L oil capacity and very light, a 55 lbs. food capacity. The housing of this product is made of stainless steel and the basket is chrome-plated with folding cool-touch handle. The aluminum oil tank is enamel-coated, temperature gauge is chrome-accented and the magnetic plug is breakaway type. I do recommend this product for quality and the price is just right. Check this product in WalMart, Belk and Kohl's.

Chicken Trio at Ruby Tuesdays

If you haven't tried the sumptuous Chicken Trio menu at Ruby Tuesdays, you should try it on your next visit. The chicken breasts are super tender and done in three ways: fresco, bella, and mango salsa as toppings. I can't really pick which one tastes better because I love the three variations. Chicken Trio is served over rice pilaf on the side. The chicken fresco is a juicy and all-natural grilled chicken breast with vine-ripened tomatoes, lemon butter, and a splash of balsamic vinaigrette. I am drooling right now just by looking at this meal. The chicken bella is a sautéed baby portabella mushrooms and artichokes in a Parmesan cream sauce over a fresh, grilled chicken breast. This is so creamy and tastes equally good as the fresco. Well, just try this and I am sure you will love it.

Their way of preparing it is just perfect for my taste buds!Gotta go now! I will treat my hubby this time and I bet, he would love to go to Hooters today and see the sexy food servers at Hooters.

Buffet at the Beau Rivage

Dining out is just one of the activities that we enjoyed doing while we live in Mississippi. So, when we had our week long vacation last week, we had our breakfast at the Beau Rivage. It was a Wednesday so, the Beau had a buffet deal for seniors. We only paid $19.00 for the three of us at the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. When I was working in the casino a year ago, I was in the graveyard shift and in the morning, we always dine out for breakfast. I miss that! All casinos in the area have a buffet all day long. I do not prepare for our breakfast anymore so, when I arrive home, I can sleep for the day.
This is the main lobby of the Beau Rivage. The buffet area is at the right end part of the lobby, behind that tree. The food is delicious and there are so much to choose from. Breakfast is usually less than $10/person but, for Mondays, Beau has specials for military: 2 for 1 breakfast/lunch. Every Tuesdays, the kids eat for free; Wednesdays, seniors are charged half price. Other casinos have their own specials too. When we dine out before, we always go to the places with good deals.I can only have two plates and I am full. Well, for a price of $10, the breakfast buffet in the Beau is my favorite. This is the buffet area of the Beau Rivage. The selections of the food goes all the way to the left side. They have salads for the vegetarians too with wide selections of greens. Oh! I just love this place!

Crunchy Fried Chicken

Being a blogger, whenever I am and no matter how simple a subject that caught my eye, my camera is ready for a snap. Sometimes, I already ate everything on my plate and forgot to take a picture for reasons that the food I ate was simply delicious. I have this plate from Golden Corral and their fried chicken is my favorite. In fact, I go there for their fried chicken.
Hmmm, I thought of going to Golden Corral today too. It's been ages that I went there.
