Let's Chow the Bone Marrow

I know that some vegetarians won't love this photo. I am a foodie and there are times that I craved crazy but, delicious food such as this beef bone marrow. My mom would tell me that bone marrow is nutritious and rich in vitamins and minerals. My further reading suggests that bone marrows are rich in iron and Vitamin A.

So much for that, all I care is the taste. This is a soup based which reminded me when my mom served this for lunch or dinner. This bone marrow is cheaper compared to other parts of the meat and it tastes delicious. How would you like to try this?
