Back in PI, Jasmine Rice is not the tastiest rice that I love. There are other variety which taste better and the more expensive it is, the more tastier it would be (supposedly). Anyway, here in the US, Jasmine Rice is really the best rice so far. The price is a little bit higher but, it is the best rice so far :-), just trying to convince you hehehe.
Everyday, I cook rice because without it makes me weak (charing...) LOL! Asian can't live a day without rice during mealtime, unless if you are already influenced by the culture you have now.
If I am lazy to cook, we go out to a Chinese resto and order for take out or dine in for a buffet. Lunch will cost for $6.99 and Dinner is $9.99, without the tax, tip and drinks.
