Gluten Free Living

They say that you don't really have to give up all foods to live a gluten-free lifestyle. I read in some diet magazines that dietitians recommend that we can eat variety of foods like fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables which are naturally gluten free.
Gluten Free living means becoming vigilant on diet. Eliminate the food that contains gluten such as rye, wheat, barley, spelt, kumut and triticale.

Let it be known that wheat-free doesn't mean gluten-free because sometimes, a product may also have other gluten-containing grain in it.

When you do your grocery shopping, before you buy a product, take time to read the labels of the bakery and packaged food.
You should be aware that gluten-containing grains are used as both basic ingredients and additives during the processing of the food.
You should also know that ingredients may need to be clarified by the manufacturer. Therefore, if you want to apply a gluten free living, do your research. All products above are gluten free from Goldbaums.
