Dealing with Annoying Spam Comments

Website owners have to deal with spam comments every hour. There are those that are funny, offensive and just crack the senses. For me, they made my day in all sort of way. Most of the time, ignoring the spam comments are the best solution to deal with them. For now, let me share these spam comments that lift my eyebrows LOL. I  can't ignore them.

Here are some of the spam comments I got lately:
1. "ӏ'm really loving the theme/design of your weblog. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A small number of my blog visitors have complained about my site not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any solutions to help fix this issue? Visit my weblog" ... ( blah blah blah LOL ) Obviously a bluff!

2. "Please learn to write." LOL :-) Oh this one came from google search and the person is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Do you want the IP address? This goes to spam because the commenter hide to Anonymous. Not brave enough huh?

3. "Good information you have shared here. It will helpful for needy people" ... what the???

4. "Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your article seem to be running off the screen in Safari. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let you know. The layout look great though! Hope you get the issue fixed soon. Thanks Feel free to surf to my blog ..." (blah blah blah)

5 "Hello, I сheck your new stuff liκe evеry week. Yοur writing ѕtyle іs witty, kеep uρ the gooԁ wοгk! Also visit my home pagе ... "

Okay that's all for now. To spammers, thank you for the traffic you gave to my blog. I am sorry to burst your bubble that all your comments did not make it to the web. Let me advice you though, please create a free blog so you can express your sentiments and rantings. Have a great day. Thank you for visiting my blog regularly.

  1. I've been wanting to write a post like this for a while lol--you beat me to it! Some of those spam comments are outrageous--and some actually say something nice then have a spammy page attached like you say!

  2. Hahaha the number 3 cracks me up.. I get the same in my blogs.

  3. Gotta love spam comments! They tell you how much they love your site, then try to sell you designer shoes.

  4. Yep! those spammers are so funny at times. I used to receive spam comment that is so long with thousands of links inserted, but like what you said, thanks for the traffic :)
