Incorporate Leftovers to a New Meal

Do you have leftovers? Do you keep them in the fridge or incorporate them into a new meal? I love to cook for myself and for my husband so; yesterday I decided to make green beans stir fry. Last Sunday, we have a Labor Day family pool party and we have grilled meat leftovers. I need to do something or else, the meat will be hard in few hours. This is what I did. I just stir fry the green beans and put the chicken wings and hotdogs in it. It was so flavorful and of course, my husband eat it at his hearts content. This is not a typical American food but, my husband just loves it. Now, I am heading to the kitchen for brunch and I will be eating this with a steamed rice, want some #Pinoyfood ?

Stir Fried Beef for Lunch

It's Tuesday and the days gone by so fast huh? Today will be my first time to use our 4-burner gas stove and I cooked stir fried beef. I like more sauce so; it looks like a stew actually LOL.

My stir fried beef is ready for my steamed rice and I am good to go for the rest of the day.

I am in the mood to update all my blogs today and finish all my tasks. I need to pamper my stomach so; I have the energy to work. Enjoy your day everyone and do not starve yourself.

Stir Fried Liver

I am a terrible cook, hehehe! In fact, out of my desperation and food cravings, I forced myself to make one for myself. Luckily, hubby loves what I served for our meals. That's all that matters. Usually, I watch Food Network and get an inspiration from what they prepare on the show. Here is what I made this week. Chow to my yummy Sunday entry this week.

2 pcs thin sliced liver, bite size cut 4 tbsp soy sauce ½ tbsp salt garlic 1 knorr cube/powdered 1 0nion medium size 2 tbsp ground black pepper 2 medium sized bell pepper (1 red and 1 green)
½ cup cooking oil Mix the liver with the black pepper, salt, and soy sauce then, let this stand for few minutes. Fry the garlic, onion, bell pepper (red and green) and let this fry for 3 minutes, add the marinated liver and stir fry until mixture dries out but, add water as needed and cook until the liver becomes tender and the sauce becomes creamy. Serve hot.
If you need a good recipe, check out panlasangpinoy.com and I am sure you will be inspired to learn how to cook.
