Great Wines that I got for Free

Look what I got yesterday, half a dozen of wines and all these are FREE. About 3 weeks ago, I received a box from a company. Inside the box are goodies and it also contain a wine Gift Card worth $50. At first, I was hesitant because I have to pay the shipping fee but, I ordered anyway. The shipping fee was $11 and honestly, it's worth it. This is way better that free tasting right?

Here is the GC that I used to purchase the bottles of wines above.

I drink occasionally so; these will last for a long time. Want some? LOL. Thanks for stopping by. I will see you again right? Have a great weekend.

Screen Printing Unique T-Shirts for Your Event

Having a t-shirt to commemorate an event is a fun way to go back and remember who was there and what happened. Whether it is a charity fundraiser, a family reunion, or an annual company barbeque, screen printing a unique t-shirt is always a great souvenir. Luckily, there are many different companies, available both in person and online, that specialize in just that. Some offer pre-made designs that you can choose from and personalize with names and dates, and others help you create a design all your own. Whichever direction you choose, it is important to keep a few things in mind.

Order Size

Order size references two aspects that are key to ordering personalized t-shirts. First, be sure to order enough of each size. This can be accomplished by keeping in mind who may be attending the event and even asking those that have stated they will be joining to volunteer what size t-shirt they may prefer. Make sure to order a few extras of each size as to not leave anyone out. Second, don’t order too many or too few t-shirts. Too few will lead to hurt feelings and too many will leave you with extra boxes of unused t-shirts in your living room awaiting a trip to the local Goodwill.

Shirt Design

The shirt design is the most important part of your order for two reasons. First, a poor design with misspelled words will be remembered forever. This is especially true if everyone knows that it’s you who made the order. The same can be said in the opposite direction as well too. A great design will make it so people are more than happy to keep their fun souvenir and maybe even wear it later, leading to appreciation for your brilliant idea. Second, screen printing a t-shirt with a design that is improperly placed can ruin a design all together. Remember, t-shirts are meant to be worn on people who are three-dimensional. In the end, a memorable shirt design will not make or break an event. However, it will help people to remember the event overall.

$50 Wine Gift Card

If you know me as a blogger for the past 6 years, you know that I do write sponsored posts. But last year, I started sending pitch letters to companies that I like and so far; I have a positive response. Products arrived one by one and sometimes; overwhelming! I can review the product depending on my mood. Most of the time, I do not open the box until such time that I am ready to write about it. I have a box with full of goodies inside and I got it for about 2 weeks. When I checked the box, I found out that there was a gift card worth $50 and will expire in two weeks. My bad!

A wake up call that I should write the review as fast as I can. I stopped sending pitch letters for a month now and will not even bother to do so. Not until I am done writing all of these goodies. Anyway, I already ordered half a dozen of good wines using the GC. I paid $11 for the shipping. Not bad actually!

Clean as You Go for Success

Once you have made a bid, and the bid has been accepted, you will have to actually do the job. Generally speaking, when you are talking about a new cleaning job, the first couple of days to weeks are spent doing a deep clean. Once you get the deep clean done, you can set up a clean-as-you-go arrangement so that everything is cleaner and done better throughout the rest of the contract. A facility maintenance software can help you manage the cleaning schedule and make sure that you have enough supplies on hand.

Supply and Cleaning Management

If you are in the cleaning business, you know how important it is that you have the right supplies on hand. It is not only important for getting the job done but also for meeting government regulations. Every chemical that you use requires a form that tells about its toxicity and how to treat exposures. That means that you cannot use a substitute unless you have the form available on that substitute.

By managing the cleaning schedule, you should know about how much of each cleaning solution you need for each job. This will help you maintain an appropriate amount of cleaning solution on hand. It will also allow you to keep money on hand instead of too much cleaning fluid. More money on hand means that you will have more opportunity to invest in jobs that you might not be able to do otherwise.

Cleaning as You Go

When you do your job well enough, you will not have to worry about bidding on the job again because the company will know exactly what level of service it is getting from you. That means that a facility maintenance software can help you keep the contracts you have. That will help your business grow because maintaining customers is easier and less expensive than getting new ones. Maintaining something is always easier than having to do a bunch of stuff all at once. By using the psychology of people for your business goals, you can get the best out of those who do the cleaning.

Cake Balls, Cake Pops and Dual Chocolatier

Cake Balls
I have seen more mommies and daddies out there love making cake pops for their children at home. Cake pops are the bite size cake balls on a stick, dipped into frosting and sprinkled with colorful delights. These yummy treats were created originally from crumbs of leftovers. What a great idea and now, it became a hit for parents and eventually turned into a good business venture! If cake pops are your favorite treats for your children, you should take advantage of getting this amazing cake balls maker and to complete the set, get the baby cakes dual chocolatier as well.

Cake Pops
If you are a cake lover and wanted to have the bite size one, you will love cake pops. A cake on a lollipop. Using the right baking appliance, you can actually make cake balls in equal size.

Dual Chocolatier
Do you want to have a nice cake pops? You should own this great dual chocolatier dipper. It can be a handy kitchen appliance for making cake pops easy and no mess at all. I should know, I bought these two wonderful kitchen appliance just last week. I love my cake pops. Want some?

Location Is Still the Number One Success Factor

If you are looking to move your retail place of business to Texas, you will need to find the right place for your shop. One place that can help is hi-reit.com. Whether a majority of your business is online or through brick and mortar locations, your number one concern before opening is location, location, location. In the real world, you will need someone to help you find the perfect location. Online, you need a strong SEO presence.

SEO

In the virtual world of the Internet, the location that you are looking for is on the top of the first page of every search engine results for the words that signify what your company does. If you sell books and someone types in a search query for “books,” you want your website to be at the top of the page. That doesn’t happen by accident. Websites that get to the top of the search engine results are sites that meet the criteria of the search engine algorithm. These algorithms are kept secret, so there is some guess work involved for everyone who is looking for search engine optimization (SEO). However, companies that specialize in SEO are able to make educated guesses as to what works to get your website on that first page.
Hard Copy

Your physical location, if it is open to the public, also needs to have the correct location. A bookstore located in the warehouse district probably will not receive a lot of foot traffic. People will have to know that it is there and then make a conscious decision to go out there. Then they have to brave the warehouse district, which has a poor reputation in every town. Successful businesses do their homework when it comes to figuring out which location will work best for them. A real estate company like hi-reit.com might be helpful because they will know the local area better than you do. They may have also already done the studies as to which retail locations will work best for which businesses. Location, location, location is still the mantra of successful businesses everywhere.

College Life: Student, Working Scholar and Glee Club

College is the most exciting and interesting years of my life. I was working in the main library in the University and attending classes in between. At 7 PM, library is closed but; I am not ready to go home yet. My extra-curricular activity will start at 8 PM so; I have the time to have dinner before my Glee Club practice begins.

Music brings peace amidst my hectic schedules as a student and my role as a working scholar in the library. I was never tired. At the most, we have two hours practice at the Little Theater. I missed those days. When we were early and waiting for our most beloved conductor, we will just randomly pick a song and sings Acapella. When someone started to hum a song, others would make their own voices creating one beautiful harmony of music. We have microphones just like the mxl 991 at musician's friend and only the soloist will use them. Our voices are loud enough for the entire theater. I always cherish the years while I was in college. The Glee Club serves as the balance between my work and student life.

Camote Cue and Banana Smoothie for Snacks

This is my favorite snacks, camote cue (sweet potato with caramelized light brown sugar) and banana smoothie. I usually deep fry the sweet potato first and put them on hot skillet, no oil and sprinkle the light brown sugar. It will eventually caramelized. Once the sugar sticks to the sweet potato then, its all set. I used the Magic Bullet for my banana smoothie. My banana smoothie ingredient: one banana, ice cube, milk and no sugar, I like it like that. Well, sometimes I add 1 sweet n' low :-) This snack fills me up until dinner time.

Get the Privacy You Need in Your Car

With all of the drivers on the road, it is no longer safe to pick your nose in your own car. Honestly, now you have to go into the bathroom and hide in a stall or hope that someone doesn’t walk in while you make use of the mirror. Fortunately, if you want privacy for your vehicle, the folks at www.WindowTintInAustin.com can help.

Tinting
Window tinting allows you to darken the vehicle’s windows so that people cannot see into the car. Tinting has some other pretty cool applications – literally. With the sun being shaded, the car’s interior will be cooler even when the vehicle is left out in the sun during the heat of the day. Tinting can provide ultra violet light protection so that your interior has some defense against sun fading, and it can provide you with privacy while you are in your car.

Privacy
There are very few places that you can go and have privacy anymore. People are so connected to their electronic devices that even though everyone complains about Facebook’s lack of privacy, it is really a hollow complaint. They don’t want privacy; they want control. If they wanted privacy, they wouldn’t put the things on Facebook or the Internet to begin with. They would also do other things, like toss out their cell phones and get tinting for their vehicles.

Made in the Shade
You may not actually want to pick your nose in your car, but there are certain things that you may do that others do not need to see. When your favorite song comes on your sound system, you may want to dance like no one is watching, and you may want to be sure that no one is watching. Besides, tinting from www.WindowTintInAustin.com looks super cool and protects your car’s interior. With so many advantages to tinting, you have to question why everyone isn’t doing it. Maybe people like having others see them, or maybe they want to be the next Internet star as seen on YouTube. It is hard to tell about people’s motivation and taste, but yours are impeccable.

The Jr Whopper at Burger King

Do you eat in a fast food? We do occasionally especially when we have coupons and we crave for burgers. Did you know that they used fire-grilled beef patty? That is the reason my husband likes the Jr. Whopper a lot! Made fresh indeed and topped with juicy tomatoes, fresh cut lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, crunchy pickles, and sliced white onions on a soft sesame seed bun. I like their bun and fries. We have a buy 1-get 1 coupon so; 2 meals for a price of one is good. Here I am working online and snacking with whopper Jr and fries. Let's Chow!

Finding the Right GMC Sierra

You’ve driven the same car for the past ten years. Before you got it, it was your older brother’s, and before he had it, it belonged to your dad. The car is definitely getting old, but you love it. Your car has been there for many of your best memories. Whether it was driving to high school with your friends, or taking a road trip, you’ve done a lot in your car. Having a car has given you a lot of freedom to do the things that you want to do, whenever you want to do them. Your car is important to you, but it is starting to fall apart. Despite your care, the seats are starting to get dirty and stained, and the exterior paint is rusting. The car recently hit the 200,000-mile mark, but now the engine is starting to go out. You need a reliable form of transportation, so you have decided to get another car. Here are some things to help you find the right GMC Sierra in Kansas City.
Know Your Price Range

One of the first things that you should do before going to look at cars is plan out a budget. Buying a car can be expensive, but it is important to find something that is in your price range. Sit down and look at your budget before going to a dealership. This helps you to get an idea of how much you can spend on a monthly payment. Once you’ve worked on your budget, only look at cars that are in your price range.

New or Used

When you are looking at cars, decide if you want to buy new or used. Buying a new car can be very expensive, so sometimes buying used is a wise choice. If you are thinking about buying a used car, be sure to pay careful attention to the condition of the car. You don’t want to spend the money that you saved buying used on repairs!

Take A Test Drive

One of the most important things to do when looking for a GMC Sierra in Kansas City is to take a test drive. Taking a test drive allows you to get a feel for the car. A test drive is often the deciding factor in buying a car, since you are able to really picture yourself in it. Pay attention to how the car drives, the noises it makes, and how comfortable it is.

$10 Dinner Box From Pizza Hut

When I order pizza online, I always check out the DEALS tab. We tried their Pan Pizza with 5 toppings and it was only $10. It was good and huge too. Yesterday, we decided to try their $10  DINNER BOX for a change. This box has medium rectangular 1-topping pizza, 5 bread sticks with marinara dipping sauce, and 10 cinnamon sticks with icing which I super like. This box is good for 6 but, since we are only two, we got so much left for midnight snacks. Try it! It tastes good and the cinnamon sticks is my favorite in this box.

Hotels in Rome Near a Train Station

One of the places that occupied the top of my bucket list is Rome, The Eternal City and is the largest city in Italy. I am so fascinated of Rome because of the history attached to it. Since childhood, I have been dreaming to visit this place one day. We almost made it last year but at the last minute, we postponed our Europe Travel. Hopefully in the next 12 months, we will be able to have our trip to Europe and Rome is one of them. Finding a reasonable price for a hotel accommodation located in the heart of the city is tough. That is the reason I am so glad to learn about this Rome train station hotel.

Accessible to Transportation
We will be going to Spain and France so; if we stayed in this hotel, access to the Train Station called Termini is walking distance. That would mean, we will have more time to wander the heart of the city. Imagine this, the Colosseum and other historic attractions are just nearby in fact; the places are walking distance from this hotel. If you hate walking, there are buses and metro all over the place too.
Reasonable Price Rate
That's what I noticed, the price is just right. I tried to check 3 days on a holy week, the price skyrocketed but, in comparison with other hotels, theirs is a lot cheaper. For off season price, I was able to find as low as EUR 234 for 3 days. Not bad knowing that this hotel is located at the heart of the city.

Ideal Hotel Location
That is right! This hotel is an ideal hotel location because, time will not be wasted. Tourists who stay in this hotel will enjoy the night life in the city. After the tour of all the historical places whole day, it is nice to come to the hotel and freshen up for dinner time. I heard they have wonderful restaurants in the area. So; check out Rome train station hotel if you are planning to visit Rome soon.

Chinese Buffet in Titusville

From time to time, I crave for a Chinese food so; hubby and I had our lunch at Buffet Village in Titusville today. I always have sushi on my first plate. I just love it.

It seems that I have a routine every time that I go to a buffet, my second plate was a soup and clams. Did you know that it is cheaper to dine in a buffet and have the clams than buy it raw and cook it? It's about .50 cents/each in Publix. For a dozen, that's about $6 but, it's unlimited in a Chinese Buffet.

I like this place because it is clean and new. It is located near Target so; after shopping, it is very convenient to just go there.

This is not my dessert plate but, hubby's. I seldom eat dessert. No space for it I guess (wink).

Well, I guess I can't say no for a good banana and apple pie.

This is the Buffet Village from the highway.

This is a popular Chinese Buffet in Titusville. If you are looking for one, check this out. They have variety of food that I am sure, you will love.

Put this address in your GPS:
3125 Columbia Boulevard • Titusville, FL 32780
Telephone: (321) 268-1778
Fax: (321) 268-1119

I will see you there soon!

Hire an Immigration Lawyer

I just talked to my sister on the phone few hours ago.  She told me that she wanted to visit me by December this year. She already started compiling her papers and determined to come to the US with her youngest daughter. I was hoping she consulted a reputable immigration lawyer.

By doing so; it will be less hassle on her part. I can only hope and pray that she will pass the interview and she could come here sooner.

Margherita Flatbread at Chili's

Today, we had lunch at Chili's along South Semoran Blvd in Orlando, FL. For appetizer, we tried their Margherita Flatbread with Monterey Jack, mozzarella and fresh tomatoes with cilantro-ranch pesto on top. My husband enjoyed it the most because the thin crust is so crunchy. It is delicious but, I am not a fan of thin crust. I enjoyed my baby-backed ribs and mango iced tea.

Personal Injury Lawyer

Accidents happen all the time. We can only wish and pray that it will not happen to the people we love and most especially to our family and us. Yet, if it does and we survived with minor or major injury for that matter, what action do we have? Who will pay for the hospital bills? What will happen if we can't work for because of personal injury? Who will protect the victim's rights? Call London Meservy attorney, a reputable company that is willing to listen, attentive to your case and has the expert knowledge on personal injury cases.

Do not take my word for it but, take a moment to read what their clients have to say about them. Visit the Website and you be the judge. If you are also looking for a lawyer to defend your case regarding wrongful termination, sexual harassment, class action lawsuit, disability and discrimination, check out the site and sign up for a free consultation or better yet, call them now.

Fruits and Veggie for my Table

Summer time here in Florida is hot and humid. Gardening is not fun at all and I admit, some of my flowering plants withered, sad but that is beyond my control. Glad to note that some of my plants endured the scorching heat. These are the fruits and veggie for my table. My Kumquats are doing well with few remaining ripe fruits and new greens showed up.

The vines of my grapes are thriving so; hubby and I did a DIY project. It is not done but, we are getting there. The grapes are getting bigger each day and I am excited.

This will be my last batch of Okra and I am saving some seeds to make another set of new ones. Okra is so easy to grow and does not need bigger space. You should have one and it grows well in pots too.

Here is my precious Calamondin which is known as Calamansi back home. For my consumption, I never run out of fruits and I am so happy I found this plant at Wal-Mart about a year ago for only $9. It is now 5ft tall.

Next time, I am sure I will be making a calamondin jelly and of course, calamondin juice. Now, all of a sudden I want a calamondin juice. What have you got in your garden? I would love to hear about it.
