Red Baron Pizza : My Favorite Pizza

I can't believe that I am loving pizza these days. When we did grocery shopping, we found an on sale large pizza for 3/$9. We bought it and in less than a week, we ate it all. The fact that I am not a pizza lover, I am truly amazed that I ate 4 to 5 slices at a time. I love the crusts and the toppings. I don't even like pepperoni but, with Red Baron Pizza, it is surprising that I love the taste. Red Baron Pizza is now my favorite. Try it and tell me if you like the pizza of Red Baron as well.

Pizza Hut Meal and the Conjuring

Yesterday, hubby and I decided to watch The Conjuring movie at home via #BrightHouse #OnDemand. This movie will set us into the scary mood for Halloween. The Conjuring is a supernatural horror film starring Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson. They portrayed as Ed and Lorraine Warren, the paranormal investigators. This movie is about the case they handled on the Perron family. The family experienced a scary events in their farmhouse in Harrisville, Rhode Island happened in 1971.

The movie is based on a true story and it was scary but I admit, this is not the scariest movie that I saw. I recommend that you watch it. It is worth watching for. Since we stayed at home, pizza, pasta and chicken wings are awesome part in our movie watching.

I ordered the good for two creamy chicken alfredo with breadsticks at Pizza Hut. The big meal I ordered was good for our lunch and dinner.
I also ordered the dinner box since I love the cinnamon that comes with it.

We ate good while watching the movie. We can only eat faster as adrenalin rush sets in LOL. The only time I jolted from my seat was when one of the girls was attacked by the witch. Remember that scene when the witch was at the top of the cabinet? BOOO! Happy Halloween.

I Love NY Pizza

Last Tuesday, we went to Orlando to meet a client at lunch time. She wanted to eat pizza so; we meet nearby her office. She loves this place.

I Love NY Pizza
 6607 S Semoran Blvd
Orlando, FL 32822
407-730-9908

Hubby and I will be heading to Cheesecake Factory at Millennia Mall so; at that time, each one of us only ordered a piece of pizza and a drink.. Since I am not a pizza lover, this is really good for me coz I ate it all.

The place is clean and the walls have photos of bands. I don't recognize some of them though. The ambiance is really good. It seems that we were in Italy with the music on the background (wink).

This is the entrance of I Love NY Pizza.

Anyway, would I recommend this place? Of course! Hubby enjoyed our pizza and the place is clean, that is good enough for me.

PIzza Hut Order

There are days that hubby and I loves to eat pizza so; to give in to that craving, we bought the $10 Dinner Box Pizza from Pizza Hut. I am not a big fan of pizza but, on this box, the Cinnamon Sticks are my favorite. I can't use the icing though, this is too sweet already.

With the pizza, I can eat two pieces and I am not a fan of their breadsticks either.

Anyway, what's your favorite order in pizza hut?

Pizza Hut's Dinner Box

How's your Friday? I bet you are excited for the weekend? Any plans? As for me, the day goes by so fast but, I accomplished a lot today. Well, not online though for it's been few days that I am off from blogging. Yes, I was busy today that is why; hubby and I decided to just order a pizza from Pizza Hut for dinner.
This is Dinner Box which has medium rectangular 1-topping pizza, 5 breadsticks with marinara dipping sauce, and 10 cinnamon sticks with icing.

I love the cinnamon sticks and my least favorite is the breadsticks. How about you? What did you prepare for dinner?

$10 Dinner Box From Pizza Hut

When I order pizza online, I always check out the DEALS tab. We tried their Pan Pizza with 5 toppings and it was only $10. It was good and huge too. Yesterday, we decided to try their $10  DINNER BOX for a change. This box has medium rectangular 1-topping pizza, 5 bread sticks with marinara dipping sauce, and 10 cinnamon sticks with icing which I super like. This box is good for 6 but, since we are only two, we got so much left for midnight snacks. Try it! It tastes good and the cinnamon sticks is my favorite in this box.

Freschetta Pizza

I am not a pizza lover but, I will not say "no" to Freschetta products. The first piece that I have with Freschetta is the Hawaiian Style flavor a Simply Inspired yumminess. Then, I got the Classic Bruschetta which is hubby's favorite and my most favorite among Simply Inspired flavors, the Southern BBQ Recipe Chicken. If not for the free pizza coupon that was given to me by a marketing agent/advertiser, I would not discover the delicious flavors of Freschetta. With coupons or not, when hubby crave for pizza, he goes to the Freschetta area in the grocery store. If you are curious, buy Freschetta today and let me know how you find the taste *wink*! You will definitely like it!

Brooklyn Pizza

I am not a pizza lover but, if I like the taste of a pizza, I can eat 2 pieces in one meal. Here, pizza slices are huge and it's already a complete meal. I like pizza with more cheese and less meat. This is Hawaiin pizza from Brooklyn and I like the taste of the dough.
Brooklyn Pizza along South Semoran Boulevard is a small place that can cater small crowd. Most of their sales are ordered online.

When we were there, only 4 tables were occupied but they have a lot of pick-up orders
This is a medium size pizza. Just enough for both of us.
So far, I like Brooklyn Pizza and New York pizza. What is your favorite? Let me know so I can go there and taste it. Thanks for stopping by.

Yummy Fast Food Restaurant Desserts

Fast food is a part of American culture. Who doesn’t have a nostalgic memory about a McDonald’s sundae or Wendy’s frosty? However, these treats are more than just a pastime as they are also a delicious, fast and affordable way to indulge your sweet tooth. Fast food restaurants offer such an impressive selection of desserts that even food lovers interested in pastry school will approve of these desserts.

Healthier Options

  • Wendy’s Small Frosty Feel free to dip your fries into your Frosty as much as you want, because this dessert only has 160 calories and 5 grams of fat. Don’t let its simplicity fool you, it’s delicious.

  • Taco Bell Cinnamon Twists Light puffs of corn doused in sugar and cinnamon, making this dessert delectable and kind on your waist.

  • KFC Lil’ Bucket Strawberry Shortcake Parfait Cup Big in flavor and light in calories.

  • McDonald’s Caramel Apple Parfait Only has 160 calories but you wouldn’t know it as you dip your spoon into the caramel.

  • McDonald’s Vanilla Reduced Fat Ice Cream Cone So yummy that you won’t miss the fat.

  • KFC Lemon Meringue Pie – Everyone loves pie. With this dessert you can have your pie and eat it, too.

  • Pizza Hut Cherry Dessert Pizza A great way to enjoy a classic treat and watch your weight.

Floats, Ice Cream and Shakes – Oh, My!

The most popular deserts for fast food resturants seem to be ice cream based. And while your nutritionist certainly wouldn't want you to try them out; we highly recommend these frosty treats. Both A&W and Jack in the Box offer root beer floats to take you back to a simpler time. McDonald’s and A&W have a wide variety of sundaes including strawberry and caramel that are sure to satisfy any craving. Roy Rogers’ Apple Cheese Crisp Sundae and Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae are not your average sundaes. Burger King also has special sundaes such as its Oreo Sundae, Oreo Brownie Sundae, and Peach and Granola Sundae. For those who want ice cream and a little something extra, McDonald’s McFlurry, A&W’s Polar Swirl and Dairy Queen’s Blizzard offers thick ice cream mixed with different candies and other goodies.

Many fast food chains offer milkshakes; however, McDonald’s carries a seasonal shamrock shake that is green and minty, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day. Burger King also sells a handspun strawberry shake. At Jack in the Box, customers can enjoy the salty sweet taste of a bacon shake. Carl's Jr. sells chocolate, vanilla and Oreo malts for those who want a cool yet sweet treat.

Slices of Heaven

McDonald’s Baked Apple Pie, served warm and fluffy, is a classic dessert that will keep you coming back for more. Burger King also has a Dutch Apple Pie that looks and tastes like your grandma’s. Chick Fil-A has lemon pie that will cool you down on a hot day and satisfy your sweet craving. Jamocha Cream Pie at Arby's is perfect for coffee lovers. As for choc-aholics, Burger King has a Hershey Sundae Pie, with layers of delicious chocolate. Carl’s Jr. and Jack in the Box also have a simple chocolate cake.

Who can say no to cheesecake? Chick Fil-A and Carl’s Jr. both have cheesecake. However at Del Taco, you can have Caramel Cheesecake bites for small pops of big flavor. Cinnamon and sugar go hand and hand. Churros are conveyor belts of cinnamon sugar goodness available at Jack in the Box and at Del Taco. McDonald’s Caramel Melts also combine the powers of cinnamon and sugar in their cinnamon rolls.

The Brooklyn Pizza

I am not a pizza lover but, the Brooklyn Pizza which is located along Pershing Avenue in Orlando is totally the best. The thin crust is tasty and delicious and I can eat three slices especially when I am craving for pizza.Though I prefer rice, seafood and red meat for regular meals, I can substitute a lunch meal with a Brooklyn pizza. This is not a big restaurant in fact, their business has more take out orders than regular diners (as what I observed).Their pizzas are made fresh so; it is best to order it ahead of time.If you are in Orlando, you may check it out in this address: 5681 Pershing Avenue Orlando, FL 32822-3838 or call them at (407) 282-0110.

Red Brick Pizza at Prime Outlet Mall

Last Monday, we went to Prime Outlet Mall in Orlando to find a job. It was actually our "two cents" for that day helping our neighbor to get another job. She's currently working at SEARS in Florida Mall and wanted to quit since she was getting low rate for two years now. Inside the mall, we decided to meet at certain time because I need to go my shopping too. Hubby and I look for a pizza place and came down to the path of Red Brick Pizza.Cheese sticks for me and Hawaiian Pizza with Cashew Nuts on it for hubby. The place is cozy but was set up in a child-friendly atmosphere. The pizza was truly baked in an old fashioned brick oven which added the restaurant's charm and I like it a lot.The total ambiance is great and every table has this 24 inches flat screen TV which you can not operate by yourselves. You have to request the staff to change the channel perhaps because it was tuned in to a children show such as Disney Channel. I think kids would love this pizza place.
My husband like the whole ambiance of the restaurant too except for the Disney Channel which he had to request the staff to turn it off. So, if you want to hang out in Prime Outlet Mall and loves Pizza, this is your place for a fun family pizza meal.

Pizza Starstruck

While we were at the Orange County Court House in Downtown Orlando, there was no other restaurant open inside the vicinity because it was on a Sunday. We went there to see the crowd who were anxious to wait for the closing arguments of the Murder Trial of the mother of Caylee Anthony. There was one pizza place that's open and since we are thirsty, we came in. All the newsmen, known media personalities and TV hosts were there. I was starstruck, LOL!I only eat a piece of this pizza and my head kept on turning and looking at Judge Alex, he got this TV show a small claims court where actual litigation happen and the judgement is quick. For three years I watching the show. My husband and my friend were seriously indulged eating this cheesy pizza but, my eyes are rolling on to the media personalities. If you saw the reports coming from Orlando, those people were in that room! Anyway, this pizza is not that bad at all! But, I love Hawaiian pizza anyway:-) This is my Yummy Sunday entry this week.
