Hot Tamales

When we went to Harrah's Hotel in New Orleans, they have a buffet and we took the time to dine in for a late lunch before heading back to Mississippi. We enjoyed it because the food was delicious and so many to choose from.As you can see, they have hot tamales and it was my first time to see and tasted it. I though it was the same as our "Binaki" in the Philippines. When I took a big bite, I don't like it because it was spicy and the taste is not right. I am used to eating a sweet corn baked with milk and other ingredients. Hot tamales is not the kind of food that I love.
