Every week, hubby and I meet up with our German friend who just lost her husband less than a year ago. We take turns in paying our breakfast bills but, I am not a big fan of breakfast really. So, when it's my turn, I would bring them for a lunch or a dinner. It will cost more but, I am enjoying it as much as they are.I have a $30 GC from Chili's Grill and Bar Restaurant and I was thinking, I should use it for our lunch today. I ordered a half rack of Baby Back Ribs with home style fries and I chose a Memphis dry rub flavor. It was good but, it's not juicy this time. The meat is not "perfectly tender' and it's dry in fact, the meat is hard to come off from the bone so, I did not finish my plate. The last time I was here and tasted the Original flavor, it was so great! Now, it just the opposite but, I just eat it because it's very tasty and savory.
