I was inspired to make "malagkit" or "biko" today because I was drooling to eat a "torta" which was posted in one of my favorite FB group "Kagay-an Kaniadto". As I was thinking about that native food, I checked my pantry and saw my "malagkit" sticky rice. So, here it is!
This is my first attempt to make a "Biko" or "Malagkit" therefore, I refer my measurement and ingredients thru Panlasang Pinoy which is one of my favorite food website. It is so easy to make especially now, that I know where to find native ingredients. I usually go to a Puerto Rican or Mexican store. This is my entry for Yummy Sunday. Please drop by to see more yummy foodie entries this week.
