Summer means fun, beach, rejuvenate, family bonding and relaxation! But, it also means heat, thirst, sweat, dehydration, hay fever, allergy and the best way to counter all that is to take more fluid and freshen up! Fruits such as watermelon, mangoes, papaya, blueberry and raspberries are thirst quenching fruits that I crave in summertime.
Raspberry contains significant amount of antioxidant that gives protection against several human diseases. It is rich in vitamin C and rank near the top of all fruits for antioxidant strength. It taste a little bit sour that is why I top it with Hershey's Ice Cream and I took an easy chair relaxation...yum!
