Trying to Quit

I have a friend who is trying her best to quit her smoking habit. She would brag about her not smoking for half a day then, a whole day and now, a week. I was thrilled to know that she was so serious of quitting her cigarette smoking. It was really hard to quit because if she can't smoke, she gets uneasy. She tried gum and it helps though, it was agonizing at first.

I asked her if she heard about blucigs and she did. In fact, she wanted to try using this e-cigarette. She likes the concept of puffing like a traditional cigarette but, with good benefits of having no tobacco, no ashes and most of all, no smell! E-cigarette is like the traditional cigarette and it is a propylene glycol-free.

Do you smoke and plan to quit? If gums did not work out in your system then, try the electronic cigarette. Buy the starter kit and you can smoke anywhere. Would it be nice that you can use e-cigarette with the flavors you like such as menthol and pena colada? You can eventually quit smoking by using electronic cigarette for a start.
