Mongo Hopia

Lately, hubby and I have been using our grill more often and I have been baking for some pastries too. I crave for a mongo hopia and was checking an online recipe of this Filipino-Chinese pastry. The last time I ate hopia was almost 2 years ago. No wonder huh? Hopia tastes delicious and mung bean is my favorite filling. So far, I do not see Hopia in the Filipino or Asian store here in my area. I guess I have to experiment and make a home bake hopia any time soon.
