I have Vietnamese friends in Biloxi, Mississippi and they always bring food in the workplace. These foods really tastes great but the only problem, I can't remember the name.
This green foodie taste like "gulaman" with mongo-like filling sprinkled with sesame seeds at the top.
This is made of sticky rice and taste like "suman" with black beans and the filling tastes like banana. I really don't know LOL but, the taste is really good.
When I was working in the casino, my Vietnamese co-worker would always bring a snack for both of us. She's so kind and friendly.
I love their food and when hubby and I went to Mississippi for Mardi Gras, I bought these foods in the Vietnamese store. I did asked the name but now, it's forgotten LOL.
