Home Fries : Perfect Brunch

Yesterday, hubby did all the cooking and since I already baked the pandesal or he calls it hot rolls, all he did was cook the home fries and sauteed a hotdog with tons of onions, garlic and sweet cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients of home fries:

2 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into desired size
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
3 pcs bacon, baked

Directions:
In a medium-high, heat the olive oil in the skillet and sautee the onion, season with seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, and add the potatoes in a single layer. Cook and stir occasionally until well browned on each side. Transfer to a warm platter and crumble the bacon on top and serve hot.
YUMMY!
