Real Estate in Hawaii

Would you love to live in Hawaii? Will I do! The same as all the thousands of American’s who wanted a safer home for their family. We are all looking forward to live in a good environment, beautiful views, and best of all the lovely tropical climate. I always dream that one day my husband and I would sell our house here in Florida and reside in Hawaii but looking at how things are going today with the collapse of the economy and property market, it seems that dream would just have to wait. Some of my husband’s relatives lived in Hawaii; they migrated way back in the 80’s and they are very happy with how they had settled in. In fact Emily, my husband’s cousin told me that she and her family has no plans of coming back to live in Florida as she really felt safe in Hawaii compared to when she was here back in the 80’s. Then it makes me wonder about Hawaii’s crime rates? Well, according to my husband’s cousin, there are also some crimes in Hawaii, but not as worst as some major cities in mainland USA.

As far as family home values in Hawaii, they say that the real estate in Hawaii had some good deals! Well, that would also depend on location and how big and attractive the property is. Anyway, all I can say is, if you got the money to buy a property and live in Hawaii, then go for it! Check out the link now and find some really good deal too, by looking online what is hot and new in the property ladder in Hawaii.

Real Estate in Hawaii

My point of entry to the US is Guam and I proceeded to Hawaii. The people that I met in the island of Hawaii were very warm and they welcome the new arrival with great hospitality. I saw some people were being given a Lei which is a word that would mean garland. When the pilot announced that we will be arriving the airport in minutes, I opened my window and look down the scenery below. It was truly spectacular. I saw lush greenery of the mountains, the blue sea and the beautiful zone of the residential area. It was an amazing sight! I told myself, I would really love to live in this island. My brother-in-law has a property in this island rented by a relative of a military personnel. The real estate in Hawaii is expensive but, the location would differ the price. In fact, I saw a property which is affordable but, it is located nearby the lava flow. Don't get me wrong! The view was amazing but, that was the catch for that property. Then, I found another property which is nearby the sea but, the insurance for that house sky rocketed to a level that we can't afford to pay because it is located in a tsunami prone area. Well, that property is still a good deal for me.

If you are planning to buy a property in Hawaii, talk to a real estate expert. They will suggest the best location at your preference. The realtor will disclose the real status of the property so; click the link here for more information about the island of Hawaii.
