Garlic Chicken Adobo

Too much of a good thing is bad but sometimes, I have to give in to what I was craving for so many days now. When I received a Garlic Presser for free, I have the need to bake and cook a recipe that has a generous amount of garlic and at the same time, oh so yummy! Tender licking good as my husband described it!

I was confident that I can prep everything fast. Besides, I was using my new Garlic Presser from #Orblue. How was it? Oh my goodness, it is durable, great looking, and delivered what's it made for. Using this product has been no sweat at all! For more information, please check out my full review here :

8 pcs of chicken
2 cups of water
4 tbsp. of soy sauce
4 tbsp. of vinegar
whole head of medium garlic, minced
garlic salt

1. In a large pan, rub the chicken with generous amount of garlic then, add the soy sauce, pepper and vinegar. Cover and marinade for an hour.
2. Heat the pan with the marinated chicken, add water and bring to a boil.
3. If there is a need to add more water, please do so gradually.
4. Add the garlic salt to taste and simmer until the chicken is tender and the water reduce to a nice consistency.
5. Serve hot.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
