Eat Smart: Vegetable Stir Fry at Publix

#Publix is one store that is very accessible to us in fact, it is just a walking distance from our home. The prices compared to #Wal-Mart is a bit higher but, if you know how to use coupons and avail their on sale items, you will be surprise to find an 80% discount compared to Wal-Mart. Here's how it works, check out their BOGO (buy-one-get-one) items and find coupons thru online or from the newspaper. When you pay at the counter,  you can only expect great savings. That is the reason I patronized Publix for years. Anyway, here's another good saving tip that I love to share. Check out the photo below if you are looking for a healthy diet:

Prices of fresh vegetables are a little bit high at Publix so; I did go to Aldi or Walmart for that. I still recommend that you should check out the vegetable area at Publix because they have this pack of vegies for only $1. Yes, you read it right! A dollar and it can serve 4 members in the family.  I tried Vegetable Stir Fry but, there are other varieties in there. If you have Publix in your area, check this item. I only find this in Publix. It taste as good as when you buy fresh vegetables.

Of course, the spices can add the good taste to it. I do not microwave it. Sautee the onion, garlic, add soy sauce or knorr cube or a dash of salt (choose one ),  add left-over chicken or pork or any meat will do then, add the vegies, add 2 cups of water (depending how much sauce you like), cover until the vegies are tender and cook. Enjoy!
