Breakfast at Beau Rivage

After I punched out from my work in the casino, my hubby would pick me up and we usually love to have breakfast at Beau Rivage in Biloxi Mississippi. We do not have time to prepare for breakfast meal and besides when I arrived home I would go straight to my bed and wake up after lunch. I worked night shift so, enjoying my meal at Beau delights my day.
Usually, these are the food that I would select and I am okay for the next 4 hours. I am not that picky with foods so, an egg and a bun is enough. How about you? If I am in the Philippines, rice and fried fish would really satisfy my breakfast meal.

What's in a Salad ?

What you see here is an Entrée salad, served as a main dish. It contain a portion of protein and in this particular serving, you see a chicken breast sliced into strips. Who doesn't love green and vegetable salads? This is a very healthy meal that is very filing for the whole day.

What's in a salad? It includes leaf lettuce and vegetables with a sauce or dressing. Most salads are traditionally served cold that is why, I just got this fresh from the fridge. Green salads including leaf lettuces are generally served with a dressing but, in this particular salad, there is no nuts or croutons. It does have a sweet tomato, strips of carrots, sliced onions, chicken strips, cheese and a hard boiled egg sliced into halves. The dressing that I used is two thousand dressing and the taste is simply devine.

This is another salad which is simpler in preparation. I used an Italian dressing and pour it into the lettuce, sliced tomatoes and lots of cheese. I prepare this as an appetizer salad. It is very light to the taste enough to stimulate my appetite.Salad vegetable is so easy to prepare. Common vegetables used in a salad include cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, spring onions, red onions, avocado, carrots, celery, and radishes.

Other ingredients are the following: pasta, olive, hard boiled egg, artichoke hearts, heart of palm, roasted red bell peppers, cooked potatoes, rice, sweet corn, green beans, black beans, croutons, cheeses, meat ( such as: bacon, chicken), or fish ( like tuna or shrimp), are sometimes added to salads.

You can also experiment your vegetable salad that might contain lemon, tomato, radish, beetroot, cucumber and green chili peppers.
