Hubby and I love to use our grill and when we crave for baby back ribs, we just hit Publix nearby and buy a nicely cut and fresh ribs. We usually seasoned the ribs with Chinese herbs and spices, boil it and when it's already half cook, we grill it to finish up. We have slices of grilled onions, green pepper and red tomatoes for a side dish. We usually cannot eat this in one meal. But, to make the most of the charcoal we grilled pound of ribs and sausages.
Let's chow peeps! Looks like a dry rub huh? I eat mine like this and I do not need a barbecue sauce but, hubby did. The meat is so tender and most of the bones will separate from the meat. Yum!
