If you haven't tried the sumptuous Chicken Trio menu at Ruby Tuesdays, you should try it on your next visit. The chicken breasts are super tender and done in three ways: fresco, bella, and mango salsa as toppings. I can't really pick which one tastes better because I love the three variations. Chicken Trio is served over rice pilaf on the side.
The chicken fresco is a juicy and all-natural grilled chicken breast with vine-ripened tomatoes, lemon butter, and a splash of balsamic vinaigrette.
