Back in PI, the AC in the house is not centralized. My bedroom has window AC and that's it. I seldom use it because my place is located uptown. The breeze is cooler especially at night. Honestly, here in Florida at summertime it is really hot and humid. Seemed like a "Holy Week" kind-a season! So, plenty of liquid and cold juices can help cool down my scorching day. Here's what I love: a blue berry fresca.
